Dennis Oistacher has provided management consulting services to small and middle-market businesses, public companies and early-stage companies. He spent many years managing finance and operations of both large and small businesses. He has also worked on many acquisitions, dispositions, debt restructurings and bankruptcy transactions. His roles in these transactions varied from providing due diligence analysis to providing strategic direction, evaluating and valuing target companies, negotiating purchase and sales prices and other terms, managing the due diligence process and overseeing post-closing integration.

He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Public Accountant.
